REV Fr. Augusto Colombo

(Born 1927- Death 2009)
Born on March 15, 1927, in Cantù, in the northern Italian province of Como, Fr. Colombo entered the PIME seminary of Monza as a student in 1944. He was ordained a priest on June 25, 1950, and in January of 1952 left for India. He was instrumental in building christu jyoti institute of Technology & Science, Colombonagar, Yeshwanthapur, Jangaon, Warangal in the year 1998 which is serving more than 1700 rural engineering students each year to acquire the required skills. “College is ever grateful to him for his vision with a mission.”
